Joseph Dockrat, 10/05/2023Ordered a Milwaukee 3 draw tool box and arrived a few days later poorly packaged in a badly constructed combination of two boxes. When delivered the tool box had no bubble wrap or foam protection around the tool box and was found to have landed heavily on one corner displacing the tool box lid and required returning. The original order was placed 4/3/23 and I am still waiting for a replacement tool box. I have received several emails saying "We regret to inform you that your order has been delayed due to an out of stock item.". I am disappointed with the way the parcel was packaged and how long it has taken to send out a replacement. I am also annoyed that I get emails asking me to review an item I am still waiting to receive.
