The pair I bought are pretty much impossible to join together straight, the ends are not square, not damaged in transit, just not square. I'm not sure if it just a one off but to be honest I'm pretty disappointed, the 700mm pair that came with the 70 quid tracksaw are better made!

stephen cotterill, 13/07/2021five stars because it does what I want it to do. a really simple device, you can make your own easily from left over bits and bobs...(I have adapted bit of unused laminate click vinyl flooring with a 15x10 mdf strip glued and screwed on to it and it has lasted years.) but for such a low price these high quality extrusions are simply brilliant and will last forever I don't do general site work, I maintain my portfolio of properties and do some workshop chippy stuff, so I have never suffered the peer pressure to have shiny new kit but I will now never be embarrassed of my saw track..... though my DeWalt and Festool buddies may beg to differ.

The size of both tracks means you can use one to across the width a whole sheet or two clamped together to rip along the length. The only downsides are the clamps are a bit fiddly to use and the tracks don't grip enough to cut without them. Otherwise it's a great package.
