The case itself is very sturdy and great quality. I like the 2 handles, one on the top when you lie it down and, one on the top when it's stood up on it's edge. Not given 5 stars because, I just don't get why you have to buy the insert separately for the tool you have actually bought the case for!! For me, that's not value for money.

Purchased this product together with foam inserts, which gives me the opportunity to fit cordless Dewalt tools that were purchased as bare units without cases. Purchasing products such as empty cases, bare units, foam inserts and batteries whilst on discounted offers seems to be an affordable way to keep the workshop in a clean and tidy condition. I now need another trolley!

Good quality as expected from DeWalt and at a good price from FFX. Although it says ‘empty’ it’s actually a moulded insert for two drill/drivers which was a bonus for me.

The case is fine but the storage pots are really poor don’t close well and jam when trying to open it. First dewalt item I have had any problems with.

Its a tool box, seems strong, easy to open, does what it says on the tine

I bought a number of DeWalt T-Stak boxes as part of my campaign to clear up my workshop/garage. These replaced sundry tool boxes of differing shapes and sizes. This size is useful for holding 2-3 power tools and for keeping them, clean and dry. When they first arrived they had molded plastic inners for (presumably) De Walt power tools but I soon found out that these could be lifted out to give the open space I needed. They do stack but you have to fiddle about a bit to find the proper stacking position. I think that this aspect could/should have been better thought out by the designers. I do like the fact that they have proper metal catches.

Dewalt case at this price, you can’t go wrong. Popped the inlay from my double case and now I have a case just for impact driver and drill freeing up the case they came in for tools.
