a very right choice

Fergal Lynch, 02/12/2023I'm very pleased with this drill. Less powerful as expected at this size, but I bought as an engineer installation tool. Great for awkward and tight spots. It's easier to attach the heads if you select forward motion to lock the drive and turn the head gently anticlockwise.
Anthony Prince, 26/11/2023used for the first time a few days after purchase to drill through a stud for electrical cable routing. Awkward angle would never have achieved this with standard drill. Job completed no problem, used right angle chuck attachment with 20mm wood drill bit no problem. Wish I had purchased this years ago!

Highly recommend FFX. If you can get the tool in a proper T-Stack case or even a tool bag go ahead. Because the one supplied is going on the garbage.

G1882, 18/11/2022As an electrician, as with most other trades, we always come up against having to drill into tight places. This, although quite small really did the job. It breezes through joints with a 25mm spade bit, on the 90 degree angled head. Maybe not a tool for everyday, but definitely there when I need it.

garry houseman, 29/09/2022I wanted a smaller and lighter drill/driver to use for less demanding work. I was aprehensive that the 12v motor might not be up to it but in use I can't fault it. Its now my drill of first choice and has proved more than capable; its a joy to use. Power is very controlable making putting in screws childs play. For smaller work its much better adapted than the 996. The angled and offset heads work well and build quality apears good, the drill has a solid feel to it. Switching heads is quick and they lock into place with no rattle/wobble. Battery life - no issues. Should have bought one years ago.
